El Paso County Master Gardeners and Interns staff an Information Table at the Farmers’ Market at Ardovino’s Desert Crossing. Master Gardeners volunteer to assist the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in its goal to provide horticultural-related information to their communities. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service training provides El Paso Master Gardeners with research-based horticulture information and resources to enhance our wide range of gardening experiences in El Paso. We answer questions from the public and provide educational gardening materials. We sometimes present informative special topic demonstrations or presentations. As produce becomes available in our Texas A&M AgriLife Vegetable Demonstration Gardens, we will offer tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and other vegetables for sale to the public.
We hope you visit our Information Table at the Farmers’ Market to learn more about landscapes and gardening in El Paso and about the Texas Master Gardener Program.
