El Paso Water and El Paso Master Gardeners have created a series of Water Conservation workshops we’ve nicknamed our GROWS talks. GROWS is an acronym for Gardening Resources Outreach Workshops and Seminars.  We provide a variety of research-based resources for creating healthy, water-conserving gardens.

Flyer for Aug. 12, 2023 event: Water-Saving Preparations for Fall

Harvesting the remains of your spring gardens? Wondering what might grow in the coming months? Learn how to prepare a garden for autumn- keeping in mind the latest water conservation techniques.

Let’s review what varieties of fruits and vegetables grow well in El Paso and discuss the planting calendar for El Paso County.

Robin Scofield, El Paso County Master Gardeners Advanced Specialist for Vegetable Gardening, will provide us with a bounty of ideas for successful crops. Join us!
