I love that Harris County is putting a spotlight on heirloom and pass-along plants! 🌱 We’ve got such a rich history here, and it’s neat to see it being preserved through gardening. This event would be a fun way for both experienced gardeners and beginners to learn more about plant heritage and growing techniques that work well in our local climate. I’d be curious to know if they’re offering any specific tips on caring for native plants during extreme weather—we all know our Texas heat can be tough! Are they planning similar events for different seasons? I can see this becoming a local favorite!
