Help Desk Office

The very first Master Gardener program in the nation was established primarily to assist the Extension service by answering questions from the public who have called the office for information and assistance.  Smith County Master Gardeners fulfill this duty by offering an informational Help Desk to support the AgriLife Extension Office and the Horticulture Agent.  Master Gardeners staff the Help Desk office weekly and provide education-based answers to gardening questions and issues via email or telephone or by assisting clients who visit the AgriLife Extension Office in person.
