Texas A&M Turfgrass & Landscape Field Day

This is your invitation to join us for our Texas A&M Turfgrass Field Day at the Dallas Center on October 6, 2021!

The Field Day offers an in-depth look at turfgrass research trials as well as an opportunity to learn best management practices in the landscape. You have an opportunity to earn CEUs from organizations including the Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas Turfgrass Association, and Golf Course Superintendents Association.

Concurrent programs and field tours are scheduled until 12:30 p.m., followed by lunch, a sponsor trade show, and poster session.

• Turfgrass Selection & Management
• Turfgrass & Ornamental Pest Management: Weeds, Diseases, Insects
• Turfgrass Technology Update
• Turfgrass Breeding Update including new cultivars

• Golf Course & Sports Field Research Update

We ask you to arrive by 7:30 a.m. to the Water and Land Resources Building to check in and pick up program materials. Please prepare for weather conditions, wear proper footwear, and bring sun protection.  The field tour area is large, so prepare appropriately. Golf carts will be available for those needing extra assistance between stops.

COVID Protocol:  Attendees are encouraged to wear a mask indoors when not eating and/or drinking.
