Vegetable Garden Series: Chili Peppers From A to Z

Galveston County Master Gardener Gene Speller will discuss best practices for cultivating chili peppers from seed to harvest. He will also include specific descriptions and recommendations for over 40 different varieties of sweet and hot peppers along with a few culinary suggestions. Additionally, a discussion of insect and disease control recommendations for peppers will be included.

Galveston County Master Gardener Gene Speller presents best practices cultivating peppers. Included are origin of pepper plants, starting from seed, culture and growing tips, insect and disease control, and recommended varieties.
