The Galveston County Master Gardener Speakers Bureau offers a wide variety of gardening topics for our area. We are available to speak to groups of 5 or more in our region and at garden clubs or seminars, or at public events.
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Galveston County and the Galveston County Master Gardeners are pleased to offer Speakers Bureau services at no charge, in service for public education.
Fill in the below required information. Once your request is submitted, the information will be sent to our Public Outreach Coordinator who will contact you within one week to work out further details.
Please keep in mind:
- We require 30 day notice for any request. Note our February thru April season is one of high demand, and we recommend requesting our service as early as possible.
- For speaker requests, programs are a minimum of at least 1 hour, including Q&A. We can adapt upon request.
- Our speakers are volunteers and in an effort to accommodate as many various groups/organizations as possible we ask each group/organization to keep the quantity of speaker requests per calendar year to four.
