Youth Gardening – Summer Sessions

The Summer Session for the Youth Gardening Classes will be four Tuesdays in June beginning June 6. The young gardeners will be learning about plants and planting vegetables in the raised beds at the garden. They will also be tasting different fresh vegetables and fruit as they learn.
There are two classes available. The Sprouts class is for youth ages 4-6 and the class will be from 9-10 a.m. The Junior Master Gardener class is for youth 3 rd -5 th grades and the class will be from 10-11 a.m. The classes will be held at the PPC garden by the Angelo West Branch Library, 3013
Vista del Arroyo, San Angelo. The San Angelo Garden Club underwrites these classes for youth making them free to attend. To pre-register, call 325-656-3104
