Savoring the Moment: Fermenting Veggies. More than just a pickle, learn about the trend of fermenting vegetables for the home table. This lecture is scheduled from 7pm to 8pm at the Delores Fenwick Nature Center in Pearland. Light refreshments before the lecture, so come as early as 6:30pm.
