A General Membership Meeting is where the Board of Directors and Project Managers present information to the general membership. All General Membership Meetings are open to the public.

Monthly Membership Meeting – August 11th is Virtual!

Due to the uptick in the COVID19 Delta Strain and for the safety of each other we will be hosting our General Membership Meeting virtually this month. Please join us Wednesday, Aug. 11th, at 10:00 am central time. The meeting will consist of our Association business but will not include our educational program. Nonetheless, we hope to “see” you all on line.

During normal circumstances General Membership Meetings will meet the
Date: Second Wednesday of every month with the *exception of December
Meeting Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Harris Community Center, 401 North Alexander Street, Belton, TX 76513

*Social gathering time begins 1/2 hour earlier than the meeting time. (9:30 a.m.) Meetings will begin with a business meeting (approx. 30 minutes) followed by an educational meeting.
