Nectar and Pollinator Plants

BCMGA member Crystal Fisher will present to the Temple Area Bee Keepers Association meeting, Thursday, November 8th, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Troy Community Center, 201 E Main St. Troy, TX 76579. Crystal has been a certified Bell County Master Gardener since 2006. Her presentation will focus on identifying nectar plants and pollinator plants that attract bees. She will educate on how to plant many of these from seeds and will also train on propagation from cuttings. Packets of coral vine, native lantana and rockrose seeds harvested from Crystal’s own garden will be given away to attendees.
