General Membership Meeting
January 11, 2023 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
* The January 11th meeting, will be held in the Special Events Center at the Bell County Expo. The Harris Center advised us they would not be available to us in January as the building is undergoing renovations. The Board had recommended moving the meeting to the Learning Center by Sheryl Long nixed that idea due to insufficient parking. We have been running 60/70 attendees at our meetings and the extension office parking is less than 40 per Sheryl.

Meeting Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All General Membership Meetings are open to the public.
Location: Harris Community Center, 401 North Alexander Street, Belton, TX 76513
Social gathering time begins 1/2 hour earlier than the meeting time. (9:00 a.m.) Meetings will begin with an education session business meeting followed by a business meeting.
A General Membership Meeting is where the Board of Directors and Project Managers present information to the general membership. During normal circumstances General Membership Meetings will meet the
