Earth Day Events in Temple

1. City of Temple, EARTH DAY event, April 22nd: The BCMGA will host an
“Ask a Master Gardener” booth at the City of Temple Earth Day event,
from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 1516 West Avenue H in Temple.
Come by our booth with your horticulture questions and pick up free handouts on a variety of topics from Sustainable Vegetable Growing to Rainwater Harvesting and more. We will have free packets of seeds from plants grown and harvested in the gardens of Master Gardener members and more. We hope to see you at this fun event. See flyer below for more information.

2. Natural Grocers in Temple, EARTH DAY event, April 22nd:
The BCMGA will once again host an “Ask a Master Gardener” booth at the
Temple Natural Grocers store, on Earth Day
from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., 3621 S. General Bruce Dr.
Bring us your horticulture questions and pick up free handouts on a variety of horticulture topics from Edible Landscaping to Composting and more. We also will be offering educational information on horticulture problems such as rose rosette disease which is impacting locally grown rose bushes in Bell County. We look forward to seeing you and this annual Earth Day event.
