Butterflies and Bees

Our May 16th this class will be one you don’t want to miss. Butterflies and Bees will be presented by Mary Ann Everett, who has been a Master Gardener for 20 years and has advanced training in Plant Propagation, Vegetables, Compost, Firewise Landscaping, EarthKind Landscaping, Tree care, etc. and is always the go to person for all native plants, insects, invasive plants, butterfly and hummingbird gardening. This lecture will include those plants which attract the above.

BCMGA is pleased to offer monthly seminars for Central Texas Gardeners presented by Certified Bell County Master Gardeners on a variety of gardening topics, from landscaping to irrigation to controlling pests and much more. Seminars are free but a $5 donation is accepted. You can register at bellspeakers76513@gmail.com or if a BCMG in VMS. Early registration is suggested. Snacks and drawings for prizes are planned. We will not restrict registrations. If we have over 50, we will move to the Bell County Master Gardener building which is located at the same address.

These classes are open to the public. All classes are held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Texas A&M Bell County AgriLife Building located at 1605 North Main Street, Belton, TX 76513
