You are invited to attend the next Community Horticultural Educational Series (CHES) meeting on Monday, April 11th, at 6:30 pm, at the Community Center in Glen Rose, 209 SW Barnard.
Christine Morgan, CHES programs Coordinator for Somervell County Master Gardeners, has arranged for an interesting program on composting.
The presenters will be Philip Oltmann, Doris Oltmann and Nancy Walsh.
Philip Oltmann is a Master Gardener from Lake Granbury Master Gardeners and also a specialist in composting. He will be presenting a power point presentation about composting. Handouts will be available also. This will be a very informative lecture on the basics of composting that everyone can use, whether you are a small or large scale gardener, or plant enthusiast. Everyone can benefit from composting…and your plants will love you for it!
