Lunch with the Masters – Gardening 101

Opening our 2024 Lunch with the Masters Series will be Gardening 101 in Central Texas with Jay White, publisher of Texas Gardener Magazine. He is an avid gardener who grows vegetables, herbs, native and improved flowers, flowering shrubs, fruit trees and native hardwoods on his two acre Brenham property.

Jay is going to talk to us about what you need to be doing in the garden and with your landscaping right now to get ready for a beautiful yard and bountiful harvest this year.

Additionally, we will hear from McLennan County Master Gardener Richard Siegel about getting our tools ready to make life easier as we work in our yards and gardens.
