Eisenhower Birthplace Workday

If anyone would like to take home an American Beauty Berry bush, I can bring several to the Birthplace site. This is a good way to accumulate some volunteer hours. Tend them from the time you take it home and then take it to the Plant Sale next year and all that time can be counted as volunteer hours.
Please let me know that you will pick one up. I do not want to transport them unnecessarily. They’ve already been through a lot.
They still advise masks and social distancing and prudent hand washing at the Birthplace site. Bathrooms will be open.
The parking lot is at the corner of Nelson and S. Lamar. Map apps may send you down Shepherd or Day Streets or up S. Lamar Street. They don’t go through. Shepherd looks like it could go through, but the gate is ALWAYS closed on this street.
