Guest speaker: Dotty Woodson, Extension Program Specialist Dotty specializes in landscape water conservation, rainwater harvesting, rain gardens and irrigation efficiency. She has B.S. and M.S. degrees in horticulture from Tarleton State University and a Doctoral degree from Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University. Program is limited to 60 participants. Learn how to create a beautiful living arrangement, full of color, just in time for Mother’s Day. Bring a 12-14 inch container, and Fannin Master Gardeners will provide the education, soil and plants. Cost is $20 and will be limited to 20 attendees.
