2018 Speaker Series – Hugelkultur Gardening Technique with Mary Karish

Waller County Master Gardeners Association is pleased to bring back for 2018 our free Speaker Series.  The third presentation is scheduled for Thursday, July 12, at 9AM at the Waller County Extension Office, 846 6th St., Hempstead.  Mary Karish will introduce us to Hugelkultur, a Central European style raised bed which uses rotting wood as its foundation .  Mary is a Waller County Master Gardener with several specialized training certificates.  Hugelkultur may not be familiar to many of you and Mary is a great speaker, so don’t miss it.  Remember, this is a free event!  Please RSVP at 979-826-7651, email [email protected] or below.  We hope you can join us.
