Won’t you join us for some horticulture FUN?
The award winning Waller County Master Gardeners are a group of 32 enthusiastic trained volunteers offering their expertise and service for the benefit of the Waller County residents. In 2019, our group offered 3,065 hours of volunteer service to Waller County which averaged to $70,730.31 at a rate of $23.00 an hour in savings for Waller County! Way to go team! Our goals are even higher for 2020!
We offer excellent free horticulture presentations for the public several times a month, expertly led affordable training classes to become a certified Master Gardener, a Junior Master Gardener Program, twice yearly plant sales with carefully selected plant varieties, and maintain a demonstration garden planted with native plants designed to attract Monarchs as well as other pollinators.
