“Park Beautification Day was held from 11:00AM-3:00PM on Friday, March 22nd. BCMGA worked with park staff to develop a planting plan with available plants and teach citizens how to prep, plant and mulch 4 beds.
On March 22, we worked to clean up and beautify the Fleming Community Center, 802 N. Ave C, Elgin, TX 78621 grounds in preparation for our Senior Picnic in the Park and the opening of Morris Memorial Pool for the season. There was lunch and games for those who just want to hang out as well as supplies for sprucing up the garden beds. Our goal was to clean up the current beds at Fleming, add new plants and top dress the beds. Looks like a job well done.
