Chuck Kellogg, Conservation Manager of Aqua Water Supply Corporation, has devoted his career to best management practices and utilizing new technology for water use. Specific areas of focus include commercial/residential irrigation design, developing water conservation education programs, and evaluating/auditing irrigation systems. He has worked for Aqua in Bastrop for the last 15 years. He’ll be here to share his expertise.
