Bastrop County Master Gardeners Education & Business Meeting

Jayson May will speak at the next Bastrop County Master Gardener Association, June 18, 2019. He is the Resource Specialist for Bastrop and Buescher state parks. Previously he worked for The Native American Seed Company in Junction, Texas. He is involved in prescribed burns in the two parks here and other parks, trail maintenance and upgrades in both parks and in the reclamation of park land back to native grasses, wildflowers and forbs. He also trains park personnel in this region on chainsaw use.

Please come join us at 5:30 pm at Bluebonnet Electric Coop at 155 Electric Avenue, Bastrop TX for social time. The program is from 6pm – 7pm.
