Waller County Master Gardeners (WCMG) is committed to empowering the youth of Texas and Waller County by investing in scholarships and programs to help students develop leadership skills and a future in horticulture and/or agriculture. This year WCMG will award students up to $3000 in scholarships. Through this scholarship program, WCMG, is cultivating the next generation of horticulture and agricultural advocates who will sustain and strengthen our community’s legacy.
WCMG offers scholarships to Waller County residents seeking a degree or technical training in a horticultural or agricultural related field.
Applicants having graduated from a high school, private school or homeschool program in the current or previous 3 years.
Applicants must submit the completed application, by or before the deadline, and provide all documents requested.
Applicants will need to be present for a personal interview.
