Over the years our master gardeners have devised many ways to enjoy socializing and educating various groups on our VEG Patio and Storeroom Area. When groups need a place to picnic or just grab a bottle of water or when kids come and do one of the many planned activities such as making wildflower seedballs, the patio is the perfect area!
This group is celebrating making wildflower seedballs during a Kids Camp activity.
What a wonderful area this is for tour groups to congregate and settle in for a visit through the gardens.
VCMGA would not be VCMGA without food to enjoy, such as on mulching day, or a birthday cake to celebrate periodically. Many an hour have been spent “teaching each other” the many facets of gardening.
We love congregating on the patio and area and have plenty of tools and cool water in the storeroom.
