Leadership team meeting

This is a reminder that our Leadership Team meeting is scheduled for Feb. 9. We will meet at 1:00 at the Innovation Center Ag room. Following this meeting will be the Exec Team meeting.
For those of you who have co-chairs, remember that only one of you should attend, but both of you are welcome.
We want to keep the meeting to 1 hour this time. I plan to continue with an activity and my report to you. We will then move to have the chairs who need to make comments or bring up a concern to this particular group speak.
Please consider planning ahead to have your key points ready to speak on and let’s work on our timing so everyone who needs to speak gets their chance. Think about who it is that needs to know all the details. Is it your committee members themselves for making decisions and continuing with developing committee goals? Is it the entire membership who needs the details, keeping in mind some of the members did not sign up to be a member of a specific committee for a reason (whatever that may be)? Maybe some information can be shared with our smaller Leadership Team and not all. These comments I make are to help each of us to prepare and help keep our meeting times reasonable for all.
