Black Spanish grapes harvest day

We have grapes, and they are ready. First time in 15 years that the Black Spanish will be ready this early in July here at Carriage House Farm and Vineyard. The Black Spanish grapes have told John, Steve, and me that they will be ready Saturday, July 25h. To say the least, we are surprised as you are, and we hope you can join us in this “agricultural adventure.”
Tentative Schedule:
7:30 – 8:00 Light breakfast.
8:00 – 9:30/10:00 Come early if you want to beat some of the heat. We should be picking for at least an hour or two.
10:30 – 11:00 TIME TO COOL OFF
Lunch (on demand after 11:00) Surprise lunch. Working on it but not sure yet. Will be delicious.
Finally, please remember to bring hand-clippers (pre-cleaned with alcohol or bleach). ***We have a few hand-clippers if you need some. Also, please wear closed-toe shoes, hat, gloves, sunscreen and bug protection. Remember: It will be HOT!!! NOTE: Please plan to take all necessary precautions for your health and safety.
