Junior Master Gardener

This summer, kids ages 8–10 are invited to join Literature in the Garden, a Junior Master Gardener program, at the Rockwall County Library. Held every Tuesday from 1:30–2:30 PM, from June 10 through July 29, this 8-class series combines award-winning children’s books with gardening, nature, and hands-on activities in math, science, and language arts. The program encourages leadership, critical thinking, and community involvement. Participants who attend at least 6 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion and ceremonial pin. Registration is required. Space is limited to 20 participants. This program will take place in the Storytime Room.
