School of Science and Technology (SST) GT Show Case

SST conducted its annual Gifted & Talented Show Case night on April 4, 2025. Nueces Mater Gardeners and the Junior Master Gardener Program were invited to participate. We had tables set up inside the Elementary School hallway. Several hundred parents, students, grandparents, friends and community enjoyed the exhibits.

Many participated in “How Watery Are You” activity. Participants weighed themselves and then calculated how much of their body was made up of water. The answer is 2/3^rd. They asked horticultural questions and received handouts. They also received information on joining NMG and JMG.
