Orientation was conducted on Monday, July 19 at the Del Mar Economic Development Center for the 2021 Intern Class 32. Officers and key NMG individuals were present to introduce themselves and discuss the areas they are responsible for in the organization. The orientation was well attended in person and virtually via Zoom. This class has several first for the NMGs:
- This is the first class with over 30 Interns enrolled.
- We have 5 husband and wife family groups
- We have 3 Intern Scholarship families
- All Interns have a mentor assigned (Sandra Williams 3VP is Mentor Coordinator)
- We have 2 VMS Intern Coordinators (Mary Johnson & Rebecca Stalcup)
- Classes are on Mondays (Class) via Zoom and Saturdays (Lab) in-person at STBG. There are a couple of variances to this; check the class schedule in the documents tab on the VMS.
Classes and Labs for the Course started on Monday, August 2 and will continue until Monday, November 8 (Exam and Course).
