Membership
To be a member of the Harris County Master Gardener Association you must be a certified Texas Master Gardener. Master Gardeners are volunteers trained by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service to assist Extension in its work. Membership in the HCMGA includes membership in the Texas Master Gardener Association, the opportunity to hold an office in the association and voting rights.
Dues
Harris County Master Gardener Association membership dues are $15 per year. The Master Gardener fiscal year runs from January 1 to December 31. The deadline to submit dues and membership renewal forms is January 31st.

If you are Master Gardener in another county in Texas and would like to
transfer your certification to Harris County please contact:
