Urban Orchard Series: Blackberries & Blueberries for Small Yards

Learn how to grow blackberries and blueberries, a two for one seminar with Galveston County Master Gardener Monica Martens. Monica will present blackberry and blueberry varieties, cultivation, fertilization and maintenance. She will also share ideas for activities with kids. After the presentation, a tour of the berry plants in the Discovery Garden will follow, at about 10 am.  ***NOTE LOCATION – Discovery Garden in Carbide Park, 4102 Main St (FM 519), La Marque, 77568***
