Myers Park & Event Center
This free event is your opportunity to stroll each of the Earth-Kind® Gardens, which include the perennial garden, annuals garden, herb garden, vineyard, shade garden, shrub and grasses garden, crape myrtle garden, potager garden and vegetable garden, as well as our most recent garden, a children’s garden, which was funded by Whole Foods 5% Giving Day.
Each garden will have Master Gardeners ready and willing to answer your questions. These gardens are situated across the park, so wear your walking shoes, take pictures, ask questions, or just simply enjoy the beauty of Myers Park.
Additionally, there will be children’s activities and our Ask the Master Gardener booth volunteers will be on hand to answer your gardening questions.
PARKING: Please park in the Polo Field to the west of the Pavilion. Enter the parking area from the north gate located on County Road 168. The Polo Field parking area is unpaved, so please plan accordingly. Handicapped parking is located at the nearby Pavilion. Golf carts will be available to shuttle those needing assistance getting to the gardens.
