Celebrate the fall with the region’s largest native plant sale!
The UTEP Centennial Museum and Chihuahuan Desert Gardens will welcome all visitors to a one-day FloraFest 2022 Fall Native Plant Sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (or until they sell out!), Saturday, October 1st, at the UGLC Plaza. Fall is the best time to plant trees, shrubs, and other hardy perennials. During the plant sale visitors can visit with Master Gardeners, horticulturalists, and other plant experts for advice on which plants will do best at their homes.
Learn more about the sale by visiting the FloraFest page (information in Spanish included). Note that volunteers who help with the sale will get a 10% discount on plants.
FloraFest is the only fundraiser for the operations of the Chihuahuan Desert Gardens, and we appreciate your continued support!
