September 30 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Free

On Saturday, September 30, Ellis County Master Gardeners’ “Pop-Up Horticulture” will participate in the Chautauqua Preservation Society’s Annual Assembly. This day-long free festival will be held at the historic Chautauqua Auditorium and in nearby Getzendaner Park in Waxahachie. Hours are 9am – 5pm. This year’s theme is “Celebrating Public Spaces” and will feature cultural and educational presentations, demonstrations, music and exhibits.

Located in the large Exhibit Tent next to the Chautauqua Auditorium, the Master Gardeners will be on hand to share their expertise and offer tips on making landscape improvements to help beautify our neighborhoods and communities.
