Ask a Master Gardener

The Ask A Master Gardener booth is an outreach of the Denton County Master Gardener Association.   It provides an opportunity for the public and certified Master Gardeners to interact on a one-on-one basis.

We provide education, share information and experiences, field questions and address local gardening concerns. We participate in local venues, including farmers markets, Arbor Day events, Earth Day, Denton Redbud Festival, and community and employee fairs, as well as our DCMGA-sponsored events such as our annual Garden Tour, Plant Sale, and Fall Garden Fest.    We try to keep our “green thumb” on the pulse of the community and are constantly tailoring our presentation to best represent Denton County Master Gardeners at each event we attend.

To request an Ask A Master Gardener booth for your event, submit the online Speaker Request Form, indicating in the “Requested Topic” field that you would like an Ask a Master Gardener booth.  If you have questions, contact the AgriLife Extension office at 940-349-2883.
