Educational Event – “Texas Superstar Program: Great Plants for Texas Landscapes”

Texas Superstars® undergo extensive testing across diverse Texas ecoregions, each with unique winter temperatures, summer heat, and rainfall patterns. Experts from Texas A&M AgriLife, Texas Tech University, county AgriLife Extension horticulturists, the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association and its member growers, and the Texas Department of Agriculture collaborate to assess the adaptability of potential Texas Superstars®.
Paul Winski is a Program Specialist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and focusing on the Green Industry. With over 30 years of experience in the greenhouse and nursery industry he provides evidence-based information for greenhouse and nursery producers, landscape designers and arborists.
