Leadership Tools to Help Connect Future Volunteers to Best Serve Their Community
Staying current and helping train Master Volunteers from an agency perspective has been a focus for AgriLife since the beginning of 2021. A team consisting of the four major Master Volunteer programs including Master Gardener, Master Naturalist, Master Wellness, and 4-H has been tasked with creating tools to guide volunteers through their service. As leaders of your Master Gardener Association, you will want to be aware of these new training tools for Master Volunteers. Training topics include an Overview of Master Volunteer programs, Volunteer Expectations; Financial, Risk, and Conflict Management; Diversity and Inclusion, and Working with Minors. Each of these presentations are important to your volunteer work with AgriLife. They are designed to help our volunteers stay safe and ensure a pleasant working environment.
