To report volunteer and advanced training hours and number of contacts, please use the spreadsheet template and email it to Brenda McIndoo, or hand in a printed and filled in form at the next general meeting. Email is preferable, as it allows her to avoid retyping all your information.

This information is for certified members only — interns please report your hours to JoAnne as you have been instructed. We need the following info: date, name of activity, # of vol or ed hrs for each activity. Contacts can be sent as total contacts for the month. For example, if you worked in the greenhouse on Jan 15th, 2011, you would report the following:

1-15-11 Greenhouse 2 vol hrs

Another example–if you worked with JMG at Benold on Feb 10th, you would report:

2-10-11 JMG Benold Middle School 2.5 vol hrs

Hours should be turned in by the first of the following month as a report must be sent to the county agent by the 5th.
