Native Plant Garden

Jackson County Master Gardeners and Jackson County 4-H partnered together to design and build a native plant garden for the purpose of educating young and old alike about the native plants of Texas. The garden is located on the north side of the Jackson County Services Building.

The garden is 67′ long x 20′ wide. We incorporated a rain ga rden into the project to capture the large amount of rainwater that comes off the roof of this building.
