The Hotline is a free service for the public, staffed by El Paso Master Gardener volunteers most weekdays during regular business hours (8 AM to 4 PM). If a Master Gardener is not available when you call, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Your concerns can usually be resolved by phone but additional information may be available through Extension Service publications. Another valuable resource is the El Paso Master Gardener website: http://txmg.org/elpaso/ which lists local publications and has links to Texas AgriLife Extension Service: http://elp.tamu.edu/.
Texas AgriLife Extension Service Master Gardeners are a well-trained source of unbiased, research-based horticultural information. If you have questions about your home garden or landscape, call our Hotline number and we will do our best to answer them. However, El Paso Master Gardeners follow Extension Service guidelines and do not endorse or recommend specific products or places of business.
